In all instances, our booking representative expedited the process involved in registering the certificates and booking the hotels. With the last couple of bookings, including the president’s there were unexpected changes, including an error on my part. In every instance our representative was calm and direct, offering alternate solutions and going out of her way to accommodate the circumstance. This was especially critical with our president, whose personal booking she resolved to his complete satisfaction.
